Ginger Miso Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. grated ginger
- 2 tbsp. Organic Miso White Type
- 1 tbsp. oil (e.g., grapeseed oil, canola oil, etc.)
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. or more chili paste
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients for ginger miso sauce together in a small bowl
- Rub marinade into meat until evenly coated and let marinate at least 2-3 hours in the refrigerator
